Ivan brings a principled, engaged and effective approach to every mediation, one that is informed and refined by his diverse litigation experience spanning 35+ years, extensive dispute resolution studies and in excess of 3,000 mediations conducted over a 20+ year time frame. This same experience base ensures an efficient and appropriate arbitration process, culminating in satisfactory adjudication when he is retained in this dispute resolution context.

Med/arbs are gaining favour and Ivan is well versed in this platform of dispute resolution and has experience in its execution.

Ivan is also committed to pursuing and promoting excellence in the dispute resolution practice.
